 A soft, white, mould-ripened cheese in a traditional 'Camembert' shape, available as a minimum weight 240g individual cheese or as approximately 1kg cutting cheese.

Made using unpasteurised cow's milk and traditional animal rennet, this cheese has a wonderful creamy texture inside when ripe, that does not tend to run. The thin white rind has a wonderful 'mushroomy' aroma.

A must on any cheese board, Cranborne is also delicious studded with garlic, baked whole in the oven and shared with some wonderful artisan crusty bread
