Tilly Whim

Named after the caves in Dorset where the purbeck stone was once mined, Tilly Whim is a very popular addition to our range.

This colourful little cheese has a natural rind encasing a wonderfully smooth textured semi-soft cheese.  Throughout its ripening period of around 6-10 weeks, the wonderful range of natural flavours from the rind develop into the cheese underneath.  It’s made using unpasteurised cow’s milk, and traditional animal rennet.  Available in an approx. 200g individual round cheese or approx. 1kg square cutting cheese.
